Office vacancies have increased in highly-desirable locations in Tokyo due to the increase in teleworking caused by Coronavirus pandemic. However, large-scale office building development is currently progressing which will complete in next year. It is said to be “2023 problem”, and there are concerns about overcrowding inside office buildings.

Under such circumstance, Mitsui Fudosan today unveiled an office building that will open next year in Yaesu, Tokyo. Let’s see how it tries to differentiate itself.
