Inside SoftBank's headquarters, a trial jointly conducted by SEVEN-ELEVEN JAPAN CO.,LTD., SoftBank Group company Asratec Corp. and SoftBank Corp. took place in which the self-driving robot “RICE” rode elevators to deliver SEVEN-ELEVEN products to employees in the building. Deliveries to employees on the same floor as the SEVEN-ELEVEN store with RICE began in January 2021, and deliveries to other floors in SoftBank headquarters took place from April 2021.
